This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of BassWin. It explains the relationship between us and our users, the rules that apply when you open and operate an account, and the steps we may take where activity does not meet our standards. We ask that you read these terms carefully before registering or placing stakes.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Only one account is permitted per person unless we agree otherwise. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, multi-accounting, chargebacks, or other breaches of these terms.

Verification and checks

We carry out identity and source-of-funds checks to verify users and to comply with our internal policies. You may be asked to upload a copy of government-issued ID and proof of address. Verification normally completes once we have the required documents, which can sometimes take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed until checks are completed.

Eligibility requirements

To use BassWin you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your place of residence. By opening an account you confirm that the information you provide is true and up to date. We may refuse registration or restrict access where local law prohibits participation or where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Acceptable platform use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, collusion, or abusive behaviour towards staff. Automated play or botting is prohibited unless expressly permitted. Any attempts to manipulate games, promotions, or betting markets may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to separate terms published with each offer. Bonuses are intended for single use per eligible account and are void where abuse or collusion is suspected. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game-weighting rules and expiry periods apply and are stated in the relevant promotion terms. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary promotions at our discretion.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payments must be made from accounts in your name. We accept a range of deposit and withdrawal methods; minimum amounts and processing times vary by method. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be limited for security reasons. Large payouts may be paid in instalments or require additional checks before funds are released.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact customer support so we can investigate. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a resolution is not reached, we will explain the next steps available to you. Correspondence and account records may be used as evidence in any dispute.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active account holders by email or account notice. Continued use of BassWin after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes you should close your account and stop using the service.
